The Global Edge Consultants leaders within Oil and gas recruitment currently require a Senior project Engineer.
Duties
- Assist Engineering Manager as required in the management of the FEED engineering for one of the LNG FEED contractors for the Mozambique LNG Project.
- Act in Senior Project Engineer capacity to manage specific parts of the engineering design work, including technical specialists, SMEs or third party engineering consultants.
- Liase with FEED contractor staff in the performance of the FEED engineering, including review of calculations, drawings, progress or other activities required.
- Perform any other special engineering tasks as assigned by APC FEED Manager or APC FEED Engineering Manager
- Perform Lead Process Engineer role in the review of process engineering calculations, drawings and layouts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and provide feedback to APC FEED Management team on contractor performance in the areas of quality, progress and productivity.
- Review contractor requests for changes in the process discipline and provide evaluation to APC FEED Management on acceptability.
